Tenet Equity, a direct provider of long-term real estate capital to middle-market companies across the U.S., needed a modern website that could explain sale-leaseback financing clearly and bring prospects to a conversation. Our team designed and built the site in Webflow and continues to handle its maintenance.
Tenet Equity is a direct provider of flexible, long-term real estate capital, focused on middle-market companies throughout the United States. Through sale-leaseback and net-lease structures, the firm helps businesses turn the value of their single-tenant real estate into capital for recapitalizations, acquisitions, new construction and growth, while the business keeps full operational control of its facilities.
Our team designed and built Tenet Equity’s website in Webflow. The site is organized around the way a prospect actually evaluates the firm: an overview of what Tenet does and who it serves, a dedicated page for each solution (corporate recapitalizations, business acquisitions, construction funding, lease optimization and tax strategies), case studies that show the structures in practice, an FAQ for the common questions that come up early in a conversation, and profiles of the leadership team. A Perspectives section and Chairman Insights give the firm a home for ongoing commentary, and a newsletter signup lets interested visitors stay in touch before they are ready to talk.
The design is fully responsive, with layout and behavior tuned across all breakpoints and device types so the experience is consistent whether a visitor arrives from a desktop in an office or a phone between meetings. Clear calls to action route visitors to the Get Started page and the firm’s contact details at every stage.
Our work with Tenet Equity did not end at launch. We continue to support the site’s maintenance, keeping content, design and technical health up to date as the firm adds new case studies, insights and team members. The result is a modern platform that communicates Tenet Equity’s mission clearly to middle-market owners, CFOs and their advisors, and that the firm can rely on as its business grows.
